- Manage trademark, copyright, and IP matters, including DMCA disputes.
- Contribute to regulatory/enforcement efforts (safety, content moderation, platform liability).
- Be a versatile team member, willing to pitch in beyond core areas.
π― Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of combined experience in law firm and/or in-house legal dept with exposure to technology or consumer-facing platforms.
- Hands-on eDiscovery lifecycle experience: preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
- Litigation experience in consumer matters and global IP (copyright, trademark).
- Ability to navigate legal issues with a practical, commercially sensible mindset.
- Excellent written and oral communication; tailor messages to engineers, executives, or outside counsel.
