Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement litigation strategies with the team.
• Evaluate and respond to threats across jurisdictions.
• Manage outside counsel on all litigation stages.
• Develop Cloudflare's approach to intermediary liability, AI, and tech issues.
• Coordinate with regulators and private orgs on product/services issues.
• Communicate with leaders about litigation threats and provide training resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Been admitted to practice law in the US.
• 4+ years PQE in law firm or in-house (tech companies preferred).
• Experience litigating in one or more jurisdictions.
• Strong communication skills and cooperative team player.
• Ability to lead with empathy and embrace diverse viewpoints.
• Flexible and capable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
