Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Manage/execute all litigation and related matters (subpoenas, demands).
• Lead discovery, witness prep, and fact gathering; review pleadings.
• Maintain case files and matter tracking; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify product/process improvements.
• Develop understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act and related laws.
• Salary range: $188,000–$221,000 USD (San Francisco).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• JD degree and CA bar admission in good standing.
• Interest in new technologies and AI.
• FCRA, employment laws, or criminal law knowledge is a plus.
• Experience defending clients in regulated industries is a plus.
• Educator mindset; able to explain complex laws to non-lawyers.
