Manage employment claims: wage/hour, termination, discrimination
Respond to agency charges (EEOC, DFEH/CRD, Labor)
Draft statements, settlements, and litigation docs
Partner with HR on pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk mitigation
Support broader litigation matters, including commercial disputes and regulatory inquiries
Conduct research and assist with strategy development and investigations

🎯 Requirements

Experience handling employment claims and agency charges
Strong knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FEHA, PAGA
Excellent legal research, writing, and analysis
5–7 years of employment-law litigation experience
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
JD and active membership in at least one state bar
