  • Manage employment claims: wage/hour, termination, discrimination
  • Respond to agency charges (EEOC, DFEH/CRD, Labor)
  • Draft statements, settlements, and litigation docs

  • Support broader litigation matters, including commercial disputes and regulatory inquiries
  • Conduct research and assist with strategy development and investigations

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience handling employment claims and agency charges
  • Strong knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FEHA, PAGA
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analysis
  • 5–7 years of employment-law litigation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
  • JD and active membership in at least one state bar
