Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

We are looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to join our team at Lithic. In this role, you will lead customer implementations, manage critical operations, and build scalable processes that power billions in transactions for the most exciting fintechs and digital banks. This position offers an exceptional vantage point across our entire business—from product and engineering to compliance and operations—while putting your skills to work on meaningful challenges.

You'll be working at the intersection of our customers, internal teams, and partners, launching new programs and building deep customer relationships. This role is both customer-facing, with responsibility for successful program implementations, and operationally focused, with ownership of key workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer implementations and professional services engagements from start to finish
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to improve existing processes and build new ones, including tools, guides, and testing protocols
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for various stakeholders
  • Manage technical configurations and integrations with our network and issuer partners
  • Represent our customers internally, drive outcomes, and champion their needs
  • Build deep relationships with customers and serve as their trusted advisor

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills: ability to translate complex technical information into clear business language
  • Strong presentation skills: comfort and confidence when presenting to external teams
  • Technical acumen: familiarity with APIs and technical concepts
  • Project management experience: demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented mindset: passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn: willingness to dive into new domains and quickly become proficient
  • Prior payments or card issuing experience is preferred, but overall we're looking for smart, capable people who love to learn and navigate complex environments

Base Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 + bonus structure + equity
