We are looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to join our team at Lithic. In this role, you will lead customer implementations, manage critical operations, and build scalable processes that power billions in transactions for the most exciting fintechs and digital banks. This position offers an exceptional vantage point across our entire business—from product and engineering to compliance and operations—while putting your skills to work on meaningful challenges.
You'll be working at the intersection of our customers, internal teams, and partners, launching new programs and building deep customer relationships. This role is both customer-facing, with responsibility for successful program implementations, and operationally focused, with ownership of key workflows.

Base Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 + bonus structure + equity
