📋 Description

• Lead and support literacy improvement and intervention efforts.
• Analyze diagnostic, formative, and summative data to inform instruction.
• Plan small and large group interventions using evidence-based strategies.
• Coordinate with leaders, staff, and families on CKLA/EL Achieve literacy blocks.
• Provide coaching and feedback; support ongoing professional learning.
• Collaborate to reduce disparities and foster equity in literacy instruction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid Clear California teaching credential (or equivalent out-of-state).
• At least four years of teaching, including two years in foundational literacy with growth results.
• Subject matter expertise in Literacy, ELA, and Elementary Reading; CKLA 3.0, DIBELS, mCLASS preferred.
• Experience coaching instructional support staff/teachers in reading interventions.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities with culturally responsive instruction.
