  • Develop and implement GTM strategies to hit revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-layer field sales team (RDMs, SEMs, FSRs) for growth.
  • Forecast volume and financials; manage sales P&L and budgets.
  • Create annual and quarterly business plans and guide channel/distributor sales strategies.
  • Build strong distributor relationships to drive distribution and brand performance.
  • Directly manage select Key Account calls and execute with distributor network.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of field sales leadership in beverages with multi-tier teams
  • Strong distributor management across multiple regions (firm requirement)
  • Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and leveraging sales data
  • Key account management experience preferred
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; MS Office and Google Suite
