π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of field sales leadership in beverages with multi-tier teams
- Strong distributor management across multiple regions (firm requirement)
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and leveraging sales data
- Key account management experience preferred
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; MS Office and Google Suite
