Lineman

📋 Description

• Access installations via ladders, crawl spaces, manholes, trenches.
• Safely operate a bucket truck, climb poles, use standard tools.
• This position requires out-of-town travel during the workweek.
• Flexibility to work across underground and aerial divisions.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Overtime is required as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship in lineman trade or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CDL is a plus.
• Proficient in new build and fiber installation.
• Knowledge of strand, lashing, pole transfers, grounding.
• Lift up to 50-75 lbs.
• Climb poles and work aloft up to 30 ft.
• Pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening.
