Lineman

📋 Description

• Access installations via ladders, crawl spaces, manholes, and trenches.
• Safely operate a bucket truck, climb poles, and use standard tools.
• This position requires out of town travel during the work week.
• Flexibility to work across underground and aerial divisions.
• Work outside in varying conditions.
• Overtime as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship in the lineman trade or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL a plus.
• Proficient in fiber installation, splicing, and pole transfers.
• Knowledge of building strand, lashing, grounding, and repairing aerial lines.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs; climb poles up to 30 ft; pass background checks.
