  • Prep ingredients, cook hot dishes, and assist plating during service
  • Work with Head Chef and galley team to maintain high quality
  • Assist inventory, provisioning, cleaning, and dishwashing
  • Line Cooks rotate about 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off with 12+ hour days
  • Accommodate dietary needs for guests and crew
  • Follow safety policies and ISM codes; participate in safety trainings

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year cooking/food service experience
  • Able to work 12-14 hours per day in galley
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs with product
  • US Passport or valid passport with US Permanent Residence Card
  • STCW BST, Crowd Management, and Maritime Security Awareness certificates
  • USCG Medical Certificate and First Aid/CPR; TWIC required
