- Prep ingredients, cook hot dishes, and assist plating during service
- Work with Head Chef and galley team to maintain high quality
- Assist inventory, provisioning, cleaning, and dishwashing
- Line Cooks rotate about 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off with 12+ hour days
- Accommodate dietary needs for guests and crew
- Follow safety policies and ISM codes; participate in safety trainings
๐ฏ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year cooking/food service experience
- Able to work 12-14 hours per day in galley
- Lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs with product
- US Passport or valid passport with US Permanent Residence Card
- STCW BST, Crowd Management, and Maritime Security Awareness certificates
- USCG Medical Certificate and First Aid/CPR; TWIC required
