📋 Description

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead HR team and ensure consistent service across subsidiaries.
• Drive performance management, goal setting, reviews, and leadership development.
• Lead enterprise-wide recruitment, engagement, and learning programs.
• Oversee investigations and disciplinary processes in collaboration with Legal.
• Manage compensation and bonus strategy balancing competitiveness and equity.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred; 8+ years HR experience.
• Marine industry experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficient in talent acquisition, performance management, investigations, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Travel required.
