📋 Description

• Medical Operations oversight across the fleet.
• Standardize medical services across vessels.
• Ensure onboard medical centers are equipped, staffed, maintained.
• Develop and update medical protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, audits and inspections.
• Staffing and onboarding of shipboard medical personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO) or advanced healthcare qualification (RN/NP/PA) preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical or healthcare operations experience.
• Maritime, cruise, remote medicine, or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of maritime medicine, public health, regulatory compliance.
• Excellent crisis management and decision-making abilities.
