- Act as a finance partner to Maritime Operations team, driving decisions with analysis.
- Partner with fleet, tech, procurement, and ops leaders to align financial plans.
- Own the Maritime Operations P&L, including drydock costs and repairs.
- Contribute to monthly P&L reviews with variance analysis for leadership.
- Develop annual operating budgets and quarterly reforecasts for Marine Operations.
- Establish KPIs to support operational efficiency and strategic objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience supporting capital expenditure planning, tracking, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP/financial reporting systems experience.
