Operates and maintains the ship’s propulsion system
Maintains electrical generation and distribution system, including emergency power
Maintains potable water and auto chlorination system
Maintains wastewater treatment and testing program
Maintains HVAC and refrigeration systems
Performs routine maintenance checks and documents work

🎯 Requirements

Diesel propulsion and electricity generation knowledge
Knowledge of fuel centrifuges, air compressors, pumps, hydraulics, and water makers
Excel/Word/Windows computer experience
Self-starter; able to handle multiple tasks with little supervision
Crisis management: work well under pressure
Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals and regulations
