Complete and review property transactions, including charges and billing adjustments.
Review lease language and input into the designated accounting software.
Maintain Rent Roll, Tenant Ledger, Aged Delinquency, and Lease Expiration reports.
Maintain ledgers and prepare journal entries per GAAP.
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts monthly.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s a plus)
CPA or CPA Candidate preferred, but not required
5+ years commercial property accounting experience
Excellent oral and written communication
Detail-oriented with a drive for accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
