Maintain operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and BAS on-site.
Perform preventive maintenance and monthly inspections on building systems.
Conduct site inspections of roofs and mechanical/electrical rooms.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks.
Communicate clearly with managers, tenants, vendors, and visitors.
Assist with upgrades and facility improvement recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

HVAC or Operating Engineer training and certification.
2 years of field experience or equivalent technical training.
CFC training/certification or ability to obtain.
OSHA/NEC/NFC codes familiarity.
Read and write English to understand manuals and procedures.
Basic computer skills to operate Building Automation Systems.
