Comply with EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and BMS systems.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical systems.
Conduct site inspections of roofs and mechanical/electrical rooms as assigned.
Communicate effectively with facility managers, tenants, vendors, employees, and visitors.
Provide recommendations on equipment upgrades and facility improvements.

🎯 Requirements

HVAC or Operating Engineer training/certification.
2 years of field experience or equivalent technical training.
CFC training and certification or ability to obtain refrigerant certification (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer skills to operate Building Automation Systems.
Must be able to read and write English to understand manuals and procedures.
