🎯 Requirements
- 2 years field experience or equivalent in facilities/building ops.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and write English to understand manuals and procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
- OSHA/NEC familiarity; CFC certification preferred.
