Comply with EPA, OSHA, and ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control and building management systems.
Conduct monthly maintenance inspections and schedule tasks.
Inspect roofs and mechanical/electrical rooms as assigned.
Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, including HVAC and minor electrical.
Communicate effectively with facility managers, tenants, vendors, employees, and visitors.

🎯 Requirements

HVAC or Operating Engineer training and certification
2 years field experience or equivalent technical training
CFC training and refrigerant certification (preferred)
Familiar with OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations
Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Read and write English; basic computer skills to operate Building Automation Systems
