LIMS Systems Engineer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Translate RUO workflows into LabKey LIMS configurations.
• Configure LabKey LIMS modules: sample tracking, workflows, roles.
• Create process flow diagrams, functional specs, and configuration docs.
• Support validation activities including UAT, demos, release readiness.
• Collaborate with LabKey vendor on implementation and enhancements.
• Support production releases, change management, and post-release monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supporting LIMS implementation or laboratory systems.
• Experience with LabKey LIMS or similar LIMS preferred.
• Experience mapping lab workflows to system configurations.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, HIPAA and data integrity preferred.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to write Python for data validation and automation.
