📋 Description

• Handle inbound LP inquiries on fund economics, capital calls, wires, distributions.
• Maintain response quality across high-volume investor communications.
• Develop deep product knowledge of AngelList's fund administration platform.
• Identify urgent issues, escalate with context, and surface edge cases.
• Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and tooling, including AI-driven workflows.
• Support relationship management with key LP customers.

• Write clearly and adapt tone for institutional LPs vs. first-time investors.
• Curious about how capital flows in private markets and its operational complexity.
