Required Qualifications:

●Practical experience in production progress management, regardless of industry or years of experience

●Proactive and able to take initiative in planning and managing schedules, involving relevant stakeholders to move projects forward

●At least 3 years of professional work experience

●Educational background: Graduate school, university, or junior college

●Language skills: Japanese (required), English (required depending on the position)

Preferred Qualifications:

●Experience in any kind of creative production, such as game development, merchandise production, or editing

●Experience working in the gaming industry, especially in mobile game development

●Experience in project management or team management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

●Confident in coordination and negotiation with various stakeholders

●Strong ability to organize information and share it clearly and effectively

●Proactive in proposing improvements to enhance daily operations

●Skilled in document creation or comfortable with writing tasks

●Has a deep understanding of the role and importance of production progress management, and is well-suited to such responsibilities
