What you will doAs our new Business Process Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Operations Project Team and report to our Manager, Sales Ops Project Management. In this new role, you will be the crucial link between our sales organization and the strategic projects that drive our growth. You will dive deep into our commercial processes to analyze, document, and optimize them. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to translate business needs into concrete requirements, thereby having a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.
Where you will make an impactAnalyze and optimize sales processes: conduct in-depth Current State Analysis of end-to-end sales processes to identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, and subsequently design optimized "To-Be" processes that drive efficiency and align with strategic objectives.
Define and translate business requirements: gather, document, and prioritize clear, concise business requirements based on process needs, translating improvements into specifications for system and technology enhancements in partnership with IT and Sales Ops.
Drive project implementation and validation: develop test cases and validate that implemented solutions successfully meet defined process and business requirements before deployment to the sales organization.
Manage process adoption and change: develop training, communication, and process documentation (SOPs) to support change management activities, ensuring smooth organizational adoption of new processes and tools across the global sales team.
Ensure strategic alignment and governance: act as the primary liaison and key subject matter expert between Sales, IT, Finance, and Sales Operations, providing data-driven insights to influence project prioritization and maintaining centralized, high-quality process governance documentation.
Our Sales Operations Team is the engine behind our commercial machine. We are divided into two main branches: the Tactical team, which handles performance and analysis and our Projects team, of which you will be a part. In the Projects team, we focus on strategic initiatives that elevate our sales processes. We are a dynamic group that thrives on collaboration and tackling complex challenges. You will be the indispensable specialist who ensures that our projects perfectly align with business needs and helps shape our business process framework.
