You’ll roll up your sleeves alongside the founders and early team to lead how our partners implement, launch, and scale their embedded energy programs.
Your mission is to own partner success from implementation through growth—serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor while ensuring programs launch seamlessly, perform exceptionally, and expand. You’ll work across both Light’s and our partners’ teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM) to align priorities, drive impact, and build the systems that make our partner motion scalable and repeatable.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine project management, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to directly shape how Light—and our partners—grow.
In your first six months, you will:
Own client success from implementation through growth. Be the primary day-to-day contact for our partners, ensuring launches are on time and their programs deliver measurable results.
Drive program optimization and growth. Analyze performance data, identify friction points and opportunities, and lead initiatives that expand reach across new audiences and channels.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Coordinate across both Light’s internal and partner teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to align priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
Build scalable systems and playbooks. Create the frameworks, dashboards, and workflows that make partner management and program growth repeatable as Light scales.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Translate partner insights into product improvements, operational refinements, and GTM initiatives in collaboration with Light’s Product, Operations, and GTM team.
Act as a trusted advisor. Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through strategic decisions that improve adoption, performance, and customer experience.
