A Senior HRBP acts as a strategic link between senior leadership and HR, aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving talent management, coaching leaders on people strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

Key responsibilities include workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and leveraging data to influence business decisions to foster a thriving workplace. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner: 

    Collaborates with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with long-term business goals and address key organizational challenges.

    Talent Management: 

    Drives talent strategies, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and skills development across the organization.

  • Leadership Coaching: 

    Coaches and develops business partners and managers on leadership practices, team member development, and effective HR strategies.

  • O

    rganizational Design: 

    Supports and leads organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning to meet business needs. 

  • Employee Relations:

    Advises on and manages employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with laws. 

  • Compensation:

    Provides support and guidance to leaders on salary actions, including annual reviews and promotional processes. 

  • Data-Driven Insights:

    Uses data analysis to identify trends, inform business decisions, and influence stakeholders with compelling recommendations. 

  • Employee Engagement:

    Enhances employee engagement and company culture through the development and implementation of people plans and programs. 

  • HR Policy and Compliance:

    Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 

  • Significant HR experience, including direct experience in HR Business Partner roles.
  • Proficiency in key HR areas such as employee relations, talent management, training, and coaching.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively advise senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive business decisions.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders. 

 

The annual base salary range for this position  is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.

$99,250 - $141,250 USD
