The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing Lifted’s social channels, transforming long-form content into high-performing short-form snippets, and maintaining a consistent, strategic content calendar. This role sits at the center of Lifted’s storytelling engine, ensuring our brand narrative reaches, engages, and inspires our audience across all major channels.

Reporting to the Content and Communication manager, you’ll own channel management, content slicing, publishing workflows, and social engagement rhythms. You will work closely with the content, creative, and marketing leadership teams to ensure distribution is consistent, data-informed, and aligned to priority themes.

This role demands focus, creativity, and agility. It’s not for someone looking for a standard routine. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage all Lifted social media channels, ensuring daily activity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Own the content calendar, scheduling, publishing, and channel governance.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to key interactions, and maintain a strong channel presence.

Content Transformation & Short-Form Editing

  • Turn long-form content (webinars, interviews, podcasts, events) into high-quality short-form snippets.
  • Create and edit platform-optimized social content that supports marketing priorities and brand voice.
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure assets meet quality standards and are produced on time.

Content Planning & Execution

  • Build and maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with GTM themes and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure content needs are captured, produced, and distributed.Support event and campaign moments with timely social amplification.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across all channels and formats to inform future content decisions.
  • Provide insights on audience growth, engagement patterns, and post performance.
  • Recommend improvements for formats, messaging, and cadences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content, Creative, ABM, Events, and Leadership to align distribution with strategy.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or editors when needed.Ensure consistency across global campaigns and regional audiences.

What It Takes to Catch Our Eye

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social channels for a B2B or enterprise-focused brand.
  • Strong ability to turn long-form content into compelling short-form pieces.
  • Proven experience with video editing tools for social media (CapCut, Hootsuite, Riverside or similar).
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form platforms.
  • Experience developing and managing a structured content calendar.
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, speed, and quality.
  • Highly organized with a bias for action and ownership.
