The Content & Communications Marketing Manager is the operational and creative backbone of Lifted’s marketing engine. You will translate Lifted’s strategy, insights, and proof into a consistent stream of impactful content that builds credibility, deepens relationships, and drives commercial trust.

This role requires both creativity and precision. You will plan, produce, and manage content across multiple channels including reports, case studies, videos, podcasts, newsletters, and campaigns. Everything you deliver will align to strategy, run on schedule, and meet Lifted’s high standards.

You will need strong editorial instincts, an analytical mindset, and disciplined project management skills. The right person thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and takes full ownership of delivery and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy and Editorial Planning
  • Build and maintain Lifted’s annual content calendar aligned with GTM priorities and ABM cycles.
  • Translate strategic themes such as compliance, unification, cost optimization, and innovation into actionable content plans.
  • Define production workflows and ensure deadlines are met across all contributors.
  • Track dependencies between content, design, and video to keep the production cadence on schedule.
  • Maintain editorial quality and consistency across tone, structure, and brand voice.
2. Content Production and Coordination
  • Lead development of Lifted’s core content portfolio including reports, case studies, white papers, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and freelancers to ensure all deliverables are on time and meet creative and technical standards.
  • Manage briefs, feedback loops, and approvals with efficiency and clarity.
  • Support leadership with scripts, posts, and messaging for major launches or announcements.
3. Process Management and Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the central coordinator for all marketing content timelines.
  • Ensure inputs and assets from other teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Events, and Product are received on time.
  • Identify bottlenecks early, adjust plans quickly, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Use project tools such as Notion, Jira, and Asana to manage progress, updates, and accountability.
4. Analytics and Optimization
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, and impact on pipeline and influence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve Lifted’s content mix, frequency, and quality.
  • Support SEO optimization and quarterly performance reviews with the analytics team.
  • Document lessons learned and continuously improve production efficiency.
5. Communication and Enablement
  • Ensure all content is distributed effectively across web, social, email, ABM campaigns, and sales enablement channels.
  • Partner with the Events and Partnerships Manager to extend the reach and visibility of content assets.
  • Support PR and Analyst Relations by preparing written materials and contributed articles.

What It Takes to Catch Our Eye

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B content marketing or communications, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise services.

  • Strong editorial, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution.

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver multiple content projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing external vendors.
  • Highly skilled writer and editor with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and structure.
  • Proficient in tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Figma, and Google Analytics.
  • Thrives in high-performance environments and maintains quality under tight deadlines.
  • Open to feedback, proactive in problem-solving, and accountable for delivery.
