π― Requirements
- 6-8 years leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs.
- Extensive experience building CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Braze and other CRM tools.
- Strong B2C lifecycle marketing track record; crypto/FinTech a plus.
- Strong analytics and experimentation principles.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM, with copywriting and segmentation skills.
