πŸ“‹ Description

  • Define and lead Phantom's lifecycle marketing strategy across push, email, and in-app surfaces. Own the function from end-to-end, defining how we measure success, priorities, and the future roadmap.
  • Own lifecycle marketing metrics and results, communicating updates to product and growth leadership.
  • Build and execute CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive the experimentation roadmap with Data Science and Product to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Be a key growth stakeholder, guiding the lifecycle roadmap with leadership.
  • Partner with Product to build holistic lifecycle strategies and automations for new and existing product lines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8 years leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs.
  • Extensive experience building CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Braze and other CRM tools.
  • Strong B2C lifecycle marketing track record; crypto/FinTech a plus.
  • Strong analytics and experimentation principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM, with copywriting and segmentation skills.
