  • QA messaging, segmentation, and trigger logic for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor delivery performance and provide reporting insights to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years work experience in email marketing, digital customer experience, or similar.
  • 2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building journeys and automations.
  • Experience executing lifecycle, transactional, or operational communications in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Marketo, Gainsight).
  • Knowledge of email compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational documentation.
