🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management; maintain confidentiality.
  • Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
  • Aptitude for process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with async collaboration and new tools.
  • Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-Suite familiarity.
