  • Serve as expert on Time & Attendance; advise on employment law changes.
  • Case manager for all lifecycle leave and working hours for internal and external employees.
  • Advise on employment legislation; interpret agreements and labor law.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure lifecycle compliance (payroll, legal, government).
  • Develop and update global Time & Attendance docs; address inquiries with Lifecycle stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong experience with employee lifecycle events and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
  • Business English; additional languages a plus.
  • Passion for automation and process improvements.
  • Proficient with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-Suite.
  • Able to work independently in a global async remote team.
