  • Time & Attendance role supporting external employees and clients with focus on compliance.
  • Reports to Time & Attendance Manager.
  • Advise on employment law changes and lead Time & Attendance projects.

  • Collaborate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and better customer/employee experience.

  • Manage employee lifecycle events with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation; maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Passion for automation and process optimization.
  • Familiar with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-Suite.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, international team; flexible hours.
