  • Serve as expert on Time & Attendance; assist on complex projects.
  • Case manage leave and working hours for internal and external staff.

  • Develop and update T&A documentation; respond to inquiries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management; handle sensitive conversations.
  • Business English proficiency; other languages a plus.
  • Aptitude for automation and continuous process improvements.
  • Proficient with Notion, Slack, Zendesk and G-Suite; async collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently in an international remote team with flexible hours.
