- Manage end-to-end exits for Remote's external employees internationally.
- Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns.
- Contribute to lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Liaise with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant offboarding.
- Lead client meetings on terminations, resignations, and settlements.
π― Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the lifecycle.
- Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
- Interpret employment laws, analyze HR issues, and advise clients.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
- Aptitude to innovate, optimize processes, and champion automation.
