Manage end-to-end exits for Remote's external employees internationally.
Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns.
Contribute to lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives.
Liaise with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant offboarding.
Lead client meetings on terminations, resignations, and settlements.

🎯 Requirements

Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the lifecycle.
Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
Interpret employment laws, analyze HR issues, and advise clients.
Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
Aptitude to innovate, optimize processes, and champion automation.
