🎯 Requirements

  • HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
  • Proven exits management with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret HR instruments and resolve complex issues.
  • Understanding of ER principles, discipline, and investigations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, confidentiality.
  • Professional English; additional languages a plus.
