Draft termination documents; maintain privacy and accurate records.
Support lifecycle initiatives and automation in offboarding & ER.

🎯 Requirements

HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
Proven exits management with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
Ability to interpret HR instruments and resolve complex issues.
Understanding of ER principles, discipline, and investigations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, confidentiality.
Professional English; additional languages a plus.
