🎯 Requirements

  • Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
  • Strong background managing voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret HR instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; maintain confidentiality.
  • English professional proficiency; additional languages a plus.
