- Strong background managing voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret HR instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
- Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; maintain confidentiality.
- English professional proficiency; additional languages a plus.
