- Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
- Guide HR matters: terminations, resignations, contracts, redundancies.
- Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations.
- Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies and unions for compliance.
- Draft and tailor termination documents, ensuring privacy standards.
- Identify improvements to offboarding and employee relations processes.

- HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
- Proven experience managing voluntary/involuntary exits with compliance.
- Ability to interpret labor instruments and apply regulations.
- Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline, investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Business-level English; other languages a plus.
