  • Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
  • Guide HR matters: terminations, resignations, contracts, redundancies.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations.
  • Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies and unions for compliance.
  • Draft and tailor termination documents, ensuring privacy standards.
  • Identify improvements to offboarding and employee relations processes.

  • HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary/involuntary exits with compliance.
  • Ability to interpret labor instruments and apply regulations.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline, investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level English; other languages a plus.
