📋 Description

• End-to-end offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Advise on terminations, resignations, transfers with legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees during separations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and government bodies for compliant offboarding.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Proven exits experience with care and cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, offer practical solutions.
• ER basics, progressive discipline, investigations essentials.
• Excellent communication, influence, negotiation skills.
• Business English; additional languages a plus.
• Improve and automate processes; tech-savvy with async tools.
• Autonomous in an international remote team; flexible hours.
