  • Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with care.
  • Guide clients on HR matters including terminations, resignations and contracts.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations.
  • Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations.
  • Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies for compliance.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with privacy in mind.

  • HR Advisor/HR Business Partner with generalist lifecycle experience.
  • Proven exits experience (voluntary/involuntary) with compliance.
  • Interpret and apply HR laws, analyze issues, advise clients.
  • Understanding of employee relations, discipline, investigations.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation skills.
  • English fluency; other languages a plus.
