- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in offboarding and ER.
- Contribute to lifecycle improvements to enhance customer and employee experience.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
- Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze HR issues; practical solutions.
- Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
