๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions for Remote's clients.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation and transfers, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees during terminations and settlements.
  • Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in offboarding and ER.
  • Contribute to lifecycle improvements to enhance customer and employee experience.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
  • Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze HR issues; practical solutions.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
