- Hands-on with lifecycle tools: Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Totango, Gainsight.
- Comfort with segments, triggers, and event data; able to spot targeting issues.
- Strong attention to detail; clear documentation.
- Analytical mindset; read dashboards and summarize results.
- Excellent written communication; craft lifecycle messages; remote-friendly.
