  • Support Lifecycle T&A team with workflow design, process improvement, tooling, automation.
  • Manage data, knowledge, and SOP creation/maintenance for T&A ops.
  • Be the point of contact for process, data, and tech needs for the team.
  • Report to the Senior Manager Lifecycle: Time & Attendance.
  • Drive automation and tooling improvements to scale T&A operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Policy, compliance, and employee relations experience across global regions.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying employment legislation for T&A.
  • Experience drafting, implementing, and communicating global HR policies.
  • End-to-end project management experience.
  • Data-driven with KPI/metric tracking and SLA focus.
  • Autonomous, able to turn ambiguity into deliverables.
