Manage data, knowledge, and SOP creation/maintenance for T&A ops.
Be the point of contact for process, data, and tech needs for the team.
Report to the Senior Manager Lifecycle: Time & Attendance.
Drive automation and tooling improvements to scale T&A operations.

🎯 Requirements

Policy, compliance, and employee relations experience across global regions.
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying employment legislation for T&A.
Experience drafting, implementing, and communicating global HR policies.
End-to-end project management experience.
Data-driven with KPI/metric tracking and SLA focus.
Autonomous, able to turn ambiguity into deliverables.
