  • Policy, compliance, and employee-relations experience globally.
  • Analytical: interpreting and applying employment legislation related to T&A.
  • Ability to draft and roll out global HR policies for T&A.
  • Project management from inception to delivery with cross-functional teams.
  • Data analytics: SLA adherence and risk-based decision making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; thrives in async work.
