  • 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (streaming or entertainment preferred)
  • Extensive Braze experience, journey design, real-time triggers, channel execution
  • Deep knowledge of Indian consumer behavior, messaging ecosystems (WhatsApp, SMS, UPI)
  • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable optimization insights
  • Creative acumen for fan-first engagement campaigns in India
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
