- Extensive Braze experience, journey design, real-time triggers, channel execution
- Deep knowledge of Indian consumer behavior, messaging ecosystems (WhatsApp, SMS, UPI)
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable optimization insights
- Creative acumen for fan-first engagement campaigns in India
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
