  • Own the retention roadmap with milestones.
  • Drive multi-channel retention initiatives across email, push, in-app, SMS, and mail.
  • Establish a repeatable experimentation cadence tied to Lifecycle OKRs.
  • Surface insights and communicate impact to stakeholders.
  • Lead lifecycle program builds in Braze/Iterable/Customer.io with journeys and AB tests.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Creative, Data, and Eng on retention initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in lifecycle/retention/marketing automation; 2+ years owning a channel end-to-end.
  • Comfort with enterprise lifecycle platforms; Braze/Iterable preferred; Customer.io relevant.
  • Has navigated a platform migration or major technical transition.
  • Operationally excellent: builds processes, documents, follows through.
  • Technical ability to build complex journeys, understand data architecture, and work with Eng.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
