  • Design multi-channel onboarding programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, onboarding, or growth (SaaS).
  • Proven product-led onboarding or activation experience.
  • Able to partner with Product and Onboarding teams.
  • Strong fluency with Customer.io, Chameleon, and segmentation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong execution and measurement for lifecycle programs.
