  • Own day-to-day execution and performance of Yardzen's email channel
  • Activate SMS as a new channel with value-rich content
  • Manage the lifecycle marketing content calendar and campaign priorities
  • Translate strategy into briefs for the email agency partner
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for campaigns
  • Review and approve email creative, copy, and builds for brand consistency
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
  • Test CTAs, timing, and formats to drive calls and sales
  • Recommend and implement A/B tests across subject lines and segmentation
  • Partner with marketing, product, CX, and sales to align campaigns
  • Proactively identify lifecycle marketing opportunities in the customer journey
  • Support SMS channel growth and ensure messaging is coordinated with email

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing
  • Strong communication and ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience working with external agencies or cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Detail-oriented with high quality across creative and execution
  • Data-curious with understanding of email performance metrics and testing
  • Familiarity with email/CRM tools (HubSpot, Cordial, Calendly)
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams
