- Manage the lifecycle marketing content calendar and campaign priorities
- Translate strategy into briefs for the email agency partner

- Review and approve email creative, copy, and builds for brand consistency
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
- Test CTAs, timing, and formats to drive calls and sales
- Recommend and implement A/B tests across subject lines and segmentation
- Partner with marketing, product, CX, and sales to align campaigns
- Proactively identify lifecycle marketing opportunities in the customer journey
- Support SMS channel growth and ensure messaging is coordinated with email
π― Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing
- Strong communication and ability to translate strategy into execution
- Hands-on experience executing email campaigns end-to-end
- Experience working with external agencies or cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Detail-oriented with high quality across creative and execution
- Data-curious with understanding of email performance metrics and testing
- Familiarity with email/CRM tools (HubSpot, Cordial, Calendly)
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams
