  • Plan, execute, and optimize email, push, and SMS campaigns.
  • Analyze performance using campaign data and surface insights.
  • Design and run A/B tests for content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Lead migration of marketing automation platforms with data integrity.
  • Implement new marketing automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, CS, and Marketing to integrate systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in email marketing or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills; Power BI or Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with custom event management and automation triggers.
  • Proficiency with Jira or Trello for campaign coordination.

🎁 Benefits

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000.
  • Remote role with residency in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York (excluding Boroughs), North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
