📋 Description

  • Build and automate B2B email journeys across the lifecycle.
  • Segment audiences using firmographic and behavioral data.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaigns.
  • Deploy campaigns across promo, behavioral, drip, and product updates.
  • Own in-app touchpoints with Product Growth (tooltips, banners, modals).
  • Ensure data hygiene and compliance (deliverability, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Hands-on full-funnel email program execution from brief to analysis.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation (e.g., Marketo).
  • Strong audience segmentation, triggers, personalization, and mapping.
  • Analytical with reporting, insights, and A/B testing.
