🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Hands-on full-funnel email program execution from brief to analysis.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation (e.g., Marketo).
- Strong audience segmentation, triggers, personalization, and mapping.
- Analytical with reporting, insights, and A/B testing.
