📋 Description

  • Own and manage the O&O communications calendar across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns from onboarding through retention, win-back, and reactivation.
  • Partner with Creative and Content to develop on-brand messaging for each lifecycle stage.
  • Leverage data insights to segment Dorsia’s member base and tailor messaging.
  • Develop journey maps and audience frameworks to inform channel strategy.
  • Own and maintain a structured testing roadmap across timing, messaging, personalization, and channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing — ideally within luxury, hospitality, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms; Braze preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with Looker and Mixpanel.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with fluency in luxury brand messaging.
